I seriously do not know what it is about mini versions of food, but for some odd reason if it comes mini.... it does not matter what it is... I just have to have it! It's like my brain thinks since it's cute and little, it's gonna be automatically delicious lol...
Thankfully the universe blessed me with tastebuds that normally do not crave things like cheeseburgers, but as I mentioned above.... if it comes in a mini version.... total game changer.... I just have to have it!
Which brings us to this fabulous post!!
Growing up in restaurants, I kinda always knew that the majority of restaurants & even catering companies, used this technique of baking ground beef in a large pan to make the itty bitty slider burgers... or they would even grill a huge square of ground beef and then slice the mini patties out of the large patty... but it wasn't until recently that I realized you can use dinner rolls as a bun!!! (thank you Pinterest!) This little fact right here has changed game day cooking in this household for life!!!! Now I serve slider anything and everything all the time!!!
Guys love it because well what dude doesn't like a burger? & girls... well I don't know if it's just my group of friends or what, but they no longer have to feel self-conscious to stuff their face since it's just a mini ;-)
So here y'all go!!! I really don't know if this is really a recipe or life hack, but hope your tummy enjoys it as much as mine does :)
All you need is ground beef, a package of dinner rolls and whatever toppings your tummy desires ;-)
bake at 400 degrees for about 15 minutes
slice up into mini patties, and enjoy!!
