Hello y'all & happy Tuesday! Tuesdays & Wednesday's are always such a goofy grocery day in the fall/winter. We tend to run out of all the good stuff by then we're left with a bunch of randomness in the kitchen..... & since i don't feel like venturing out in blah like weather to get something deliciousness.... I end up making some sorta random creation! and today was definitely one of those days, but this recipe actually came out wayyyyy too good not to share!! If you have all the ingredient's laying around, definitely try this! Taste do yummy!!! If you have to venture out to grab ingredients.... not gunna lie.... it took so long to prep & cook that I'm still debating if the fabulous taste is worth the effort or if I should just dial the number to the closest Chinese restaurant & save myself the work ;-)
1 lb chicken (cut into bite size pieces)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp garlic salt
3/4 cup corn starch
2 large eggs, whisked
Place the chicken, corn starch, salt, pepper and garlic salt in a bowl and mix until chicken is evenly coated.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture and then place in either a deep fryer or frying pan with a fork. I did half the batch first. Fry both sides of the chicken for about 2 minutes a piece. Serve with your favorite sweet & Sour sauce & sides & enjoy :)
