Stuffed Meatballs

Stuffed Meatballs
Ahhhhhh if this isn't foodporn I really don't know what is!

I've seen countless videos, pins, post, all raving about the deliciousness that is stuffed meatballs! So after seeing it for the millionth time, I finally decided it to give stuffed meatballs a try. I already make killer meatballs so stuffing them I figured would make them well, extra killer!
And that's exactly what they were, killer!

Reading comments on stuffed meatball post all over the interwebs, I did read one valuable tip I will pass on to you. Some people say that when they put the meatballs in the crockpot to cook away, the cheese melted out. I even had a friend on my personal page tell me that was her experience as well when I posted a picture of my meatballs.

The way to supposedly avoid this is to make the meatballs on the larger side. Reading this before I even attempted this deliciousness, I decided to make them larger & Im happy to report that only one out of the 12 leaked any cheese. Not sure if it was due to me making the meatballs larger or maybe I just have some killer meatball talent? Either way I will say just to me safe, make them on the larger side. No one wants a leaky meatball ;-)

Enjoy

I just gulped when I noticed you used cheese to stuff them. I had to wipe a little bit of saliva from the corner of my mouth LOL. This is amazeballs! My eldest son LOVES meatballs, I will try this next time I make them.

When I make stuffed burgers I have better luck with the cubed or otherwise solid cheese over shredded varieties, so that could be part of it. I love doing stuffed burgers because they're quick, I'm not sure I have the patience to stuff meatballs.
