Tis the season of all things green!!! For someone who's not really that Irish, I do enjoy St.Patricks Day more than most! I don't know if it's because of the yummy foods or the day drinking pass the "holiday" comes with, but I sure do look forward to the festivities every year!
I will be honest though, my age has definitely caught up to me. Just the thought of being in a crowded club or bar past 10pm sounds like a complete nightmare. So if you invite me out past my old lady bedtime, don't be shocked if I throw every excuse in the book at you explaining why I can't be there lol. 30 is def the new 50, not the new 20 y'all like to tell me it is.
My Bed > Night Life
Just because I've gone to the lame side in my old age, doesn't mean I like St.Patricks Day any less!!! I will just be enjoying this fabulous bottle of green wine & a yummy Irish dinner with the family, decked out in my St.Patty's attire of course, before tucking myself into bed around the time most of you St.Patricks fanatics are headed out to your festivities that night!
Did you happen to catch the fabulousness while I was rambling on and on about being old?!?! GREEN WINE!!! I don't know why you never see green wine at restaurants and bars? Green beer, everywhere, but never once have I come across green wine. Pretty lame if you ask me!
Green Wine > Green Beer
At this very moment I'm feeling all sorts of creative, so I'm refusing to google or even do a Pinterest search on Green Wine! I'm going to let myself think I'm really THAT creative and only a handful of people have crafted green wine up ;-) I'm sure the second this goes live though I will stumble across another green wine fabulousness post with a million shares, since that seems to be what happens whenever I'm feeling creative. Facebook and Google like to be all sorts of creepy and show me things I'm interested in so I'm guessing green wine will be next.
Since I love y'all so very much I included a St.Patty's wine label printable for y'all to download for free to make your green wine THAT more festive! Just use photo paper and glue the label on, or buy a box of HP Social Snapshots paper, which has a sticky back to make your labels with!
Enjoy & I hope you have one fabulous St.Patricks Day!!
