Chicken wings have no flaws. I'll admit that. They are the perfect football snack -- greasy, full of flavor, and a fantastic vessel for ranch dressing (unlike those limp celery sticks that wings are forced to share plate real estate with). And every wing gives you that little unnecessary-but-still-welcome nudge to drink one of your favorite beers!!
Slathered in melted butter, garlic, and a whole lot of Parmesan Cheese, this classier take on wings makes them not only a football food, but one heck of a dinner party appetizer as well!
In a large bowl, mix together butter, garlic, and 1 cup Parmesan and season with salt and pepper.
Place chicken wings in slow-cooker. Pour mixture over chicken wings and stir to coat.Cover and cook on high until cooked through, 3 hours.
Heat broiler. Take a baking sheet and pour wings onto it. Sprinkle with Parmesan and broil until crispy, 5-10 minutes.
Serve & Enjoy!
