Ahhhh January! The time of year I tend to hide from the world because I refuse to go out in the frozen tundra that is Western New York. Since I lock myself away indoors for days at a time, usually only leaving to hit up the tanning salon, I usually find myself cooking away deliciousness food!
One of my slow cooker favorites? Slow Cooker Beer Braised Short Ribs! Nothing better than a recipe that requires your favorite beer right?!?
