If you stalk Pinterest as much as I do, I'm sure you have this goodie pinned somewhere! I've always wanted to make these things & 3-4 years later I finally got around to it!
They are really as blonde proof to make as they look too! And of course taste beyond delicious ;-) Honestly, even though they tasted great, I probably won't be making these things again. It's just way more convenient to open a box of T.G.I Fridays mozza sticks than to hand make your own ;-) Definitely glad I was able to knock this pin off the bucket list though & I definitely think if this recipe hiding in one of your boards, make a batch asap! You won't be disappointed.

I always promise to make my daughter homemade mozzarella sticks and I always "forget". I need to be a good mommy and get busy especially since they so easy to put together.

OK, I feel really silly--because I never thought about using the string cheese for making these sticks. Talk about a quick fix. Thanks for the idea!

I love making handmade comfort foods because you can control the ingredients that go into the recipe, and you really know what you are eating. Seems so easy to use string cheese - love this idea!
