Omg swear this year just flew by! Santa makes his annual pitstop by the castle in just a few days. Craziness I tell ya!
My daughters last day of school until 2016 is tomorrow, so we spent some time this weekend trying to come up with a cleaver teacher gift idea. Since we aren't as cleaver as Santa when it comes to gifts, it was a tough one!
This whole Teacher gift thingy is totally new to me. I don't know if it's because my parents just didn't care about such things when I was a kiddo (which wouldn't be a shock) or if teacher gifts are a new thing, but regardless coming up with something for the 1 teacher and 4 aids in Haylie's classroom this year definitely stumped me! We wanted to get something fabulous, but when shopping for 5 people that you don't personally know outside of the classroom, without over doing it. Ughhh... So very tough!
Then on one random trip to Walmart this weekend it hit me. While driving home with my new balm in my hand I was like yes! We can craft with LipBalm. I remember seeing "Your The Balm" Valentines so we would just have to get cleaver and think of something Christmasy!
And after a night of lots of wine & being surrounded by holiday decor at hubby's Christmas party Saturday, I came up with Rudolph! Swear some of my best ideas I have wine to thank for ;-)
Unfortunately living in our super small town, the only EOS we could find close enough to red was "berry", a deep pink. Thankfully the color is such a dark pink that it can totally work as a Rudolph nose. Atleast I like to think so.
So if you're still in need to a last minute teacher gift, I got ya covered! Just download the printable below and print on a piece of 4x6 photo paper! Stick the LipBalm on & bam! You have yourself one fabulous teacher gift!
