Red Lobster Biscuits!!! If you aren’t totally obsessed, sorry! We can’t be friends lol... so delicious and the funny part is, I hate seafood. I literally will go to Red Lobster and order the Cajun Chicken Pasta just so I can have my beloved biscuits!!! They are just THAT good!
Unfortunately, our local Red Lobster was closed down for a few months due to all of this quarantine life stuff. I seriously went through withdrawals. I purchased the store version of the biscuits, but they just weren’t the same. They tasted a little similar, but to me the texture was just off. So I was determined to recreate my own.
I went straight to Pinterest. Tried out a few copy cat recipes and tweaked them enough where I finally have my own version that tastes pretty damn close to the originals!!! Enjoy!
• 2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
• 1 tablespoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons minced garlic
• 2/3 cup milk
• 1/3 cup butter
• 1 large egg
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1/4 teaspoon parsley
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Combine flour, Cheddar cheese, butter, egg, milk, baking powder, salt, and garlic in a bowl.
Drop batter by tablespoonfuls onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
Remove from oven and brush melted butter mixed with parsley on top. Continue baking for 5 more minutes or until golden brown.
