So I will admit, my life hasn’t really changed that much since this whole social distancing, quarantine life thing started. I already work out of the home and Hubby is considered “essential”. I don’t have a social life, so I’m home all the time anyway. Only difference is Haylie is home, but she’s also home all summer, so it’s basically like summer in March lol....
however, with grocery stores bare and who knows what the future holds when it comes to leaving our houses, we can never have too many simple, quarantine recipes stocked up!
If things get rough out there & you have a sweet tooth, my quarantine peanut butter cookies are here to save the day. 3 ingredients. They honestly taste pretty yummy considering how simple of a recipe this is!!!!
• 1 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1 Cup Sugar
• 1 Egg
Preheat over to 325 degrees. Add peanut butter, sugar and egg to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
Roll into 1 Tbs sized balls and place e on a non-stock baking sheet or parchment paper lined baking sheet.
Slightly press each ball down with a spoon. Then with a fork, press down on each ball of dough to flatten, creating a criss-cross pattern.
Bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes and then transfer to a wire rack. Serve & enjoy!
