I might just be the pickiest person ever when it comes to ribs! Born in TX & having the majority of my family still living there today, I have been blessed with many beyond delicious bbq dinners in my life ;-) Chain restaurant ribs usually don't cut it for me & for many years I just stopped trying to make ribs at home since they never came out fantastic! It was just a total waste of time & money.
Then one day I came across a recipe on Pinterest saying to cook the ribs both in and outside! I thought that sounded like a pretty cleaver idea since my number one issue with most ribs is that the meat doesn't fall off the bone like good TX bbq, so I gave it a try!
It was a success!
Since then I tweaked the recipe afew times, mainly trying to find the right liquid to cook the ribs in until I found perfection using apple juice & now have ribs atleast once a month when the New York weather allows for grilling!
This recipe really is simple & I promise your ribs will really be fall off the bone if you follow my simple directions ;-) They really are idiot & blonde proof ;-)
