Hashbrown Casserole
A favorite of all ages, Hashbrown Casserole is welcome at any pot luck, family gathering or holiday table!!! Anything smothered in cheese is just amazing! Plus, it’s so easy to throw together. Awesome for those days you feel like a home cooked meal without all the prep work.
Hashbrown Casserole
The ingredients are fairly straight forward and readily available, so that’s a big plus. Cheese, potatoes, sour cream, butter, onion – what’s not to love?

The other great thing about this recipe is that since it’s hash browns, it could totally be a side with a meal, or breakfast. Hello leftovers in the morning! Bring it!
Hashbrown Casserole
Ingredients
1 bag frozen hash browns, thawed
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz sour cream
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper

1/2 onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup butter
Hashbrown Casserole
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. The mix your cream of chicken soup, onion, butter, sour cream, salt & pepper together in a large bowl.
Hashbrown Casserole
Mix in your cheese. Leave out about a small handful to sprinkle on top later.
Hashbrown Casserole
Then add your hashbrowns. Mix well.
Hashbrown Casserole
Place in a medium baking pan and cook on 350 degrees for 45 minuets.
Hashbrown Casserole
Take out of the oven. Sprinkle the cheese you set aside on top. Then toss back in the oven until cheese melts.
Hashbrown Casserole
Enjoy!!!

Rich and cheesy goodness. Hashbrowns are such a filling meal on their own and are great anytime of the day.
