Back around New Years I posted my very first lamb post. I was kinda hesitant since lamb is one of those foods people either love or they are "scared" of. To my surprise though I got a lot of positive feedback on it! So around Easter I shared one of my best friends leg of lamb recipes. Again, it was a bigger hit than I thought it would be. The only thing was I kept hearing over and over that both recipes sure sounded delicious, but for a non-cook they were more on the "I probably won't try this myself since I'm not a cook" side.
So here is a beyond deliciousness lamb "recipe" that you do not have to be a cook for! The past two summers this has actually been the way hubby and I grill our lamb chops since it literally has no prep time! Just throw the lamb in Lawry's Herb & White Wine Marinade, I usually do it when I first wake up & then let the chops marinade until it's time to fire up the grill! Guarantee restaurant yummy taste!
