The Internet is flooded with Easter cheese balls & it was that moment, when I saw my millionth ball of cheese, that it came to me. I could totally make my famous wing dip in the shape of a carrot! Cheese Ball < Wing Dip.Thats the way my brain was thinking!
So I whipped up a thicker than usual batch of my famous wing dip & ta-da! We now have a wing dip carrot!
I really hope you decide to buffalo-ize your Easter! Guarantee you will be the ONLY one you know to ever make a wing dip carrot! Your family will love you for it!
2 chicken breast
Half package of cream cheese
16oz shredded cheddar cheese
Kale, lettuce or any leafy green for stem
1/2 cup buffalo sauce (medium) 1 cup (hot)
Cook up your chicken however you may like and then shred it up!
Take a handful of cheddar and put it aside for later. Then mix your chicken, cream cheese, the rest of your cheddar & wing sauce together.
Line your baking pan with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Make sure your pan has closed in sides to prevent any dip from running off the pan.
Place your dip into the mat & make for 20 minutes on 350.
Take your dip out of the oven & let it cool and settle for a few minutes.
Place your greens on your serving tray for your carrot stem.
The messy part! Simply scoop and shape your dip into a carrot shape! Since the dip is thicker than usual wing dips, it shapes pretty easily!
Sprinkle that cup of cheese you set aside ontop of the chicken wing dip and there you go folks! You now have a wing dip carrot. Simply serve with tortilla chips, crackers, bread or veggies & enjoy!
