Here is another favorite in our household lately....Honestly I'm very disappointed that the chicken fingers don't exactly taste like a Dorito...they taste more like a chicken finger covered in corn chips.... but hubby & the two year old that usually refuses to eat meat, gobble these things right up.... makes me try and brainstorm up other foods I can trick my child into eating if she sees that Dorito bag sitting on the kitchen counter ;-) I do love the texture of these things though, which makes them beyond perfect for dipping ;-) Gives me an excuse to buy all those sauces I'm always dying to try ;-) Definitely give these things a try though if you have never had them.... you might be like the hubby & 2yr old and want them at least once a week ;-) Ingredients 1egg 1 large bag Doritos Chicken 1. slice chicken into strips 2. coat chicken in egg 3. coat chicken fingers in crushed Doritos 4. bake for 20 minutes at 400 5.Enjoy

So simple, but it looks so good! This might be good for more-than-occasionally picky toddler!

I'm sure that's a very crunchy treat!!! I haven't tried Doritos in our meals yet, I'll probably start using it as a coating just like you did! :D

I would have never thought to use Doritos as a coating for a chicken dish. I love the way the color and texture looks.
