Not even going to lie here, I freaking HATE pickles lol.... can’t stand them. I literally can’t have them touching my food or else I feel like my food is contaminated lol.... my hubby however?!? Obsessed. Literally eats them out of the jar like candy.
So when those warmer Western New York days started to hit, he started begging for Dill Pickle Salad to go with our bbq. I finally got around to it and figured if I’m torturing myself for him, I mind as well torture myself for all of you and snap a few pics for all you pickle fans can make your own Dill Pickle Salad at home!
• 16 oz Box Cooked Noodles
• 1/3 Cup Dill Pickle Juice (from jar)
• 2 Cups Dill Pickles (Chopped in Fours)
• 1 8oz Block Colby Jack Cheese (cubed)
• 1 Cup Mayonnaise
• 1/2 Cup Sour Cream
• 2 Tbs Fresh Dill (chopped)
• Salt & Pepper (to taste)
Serve & enjoy.
