Crockpot Mongolian Beef
Finally! Here it is folks! Sorry for the recipe delay, but this is literally the first chance I have had to get this posted. Craziness over here the last few weeks in mommy blogger land! Better late than never right?

If y'all follow my social pages then you saw me whip this up and share everywhere possible afew weeks ago. Every once in awhile one of my foodie creations ends up being a hit & not just me annoying you with foodie pics & this dish was exactly that! Glad all my non-foodie friends liked one of my creations for once. Always puts a smile on my face to know I'm not being "that" annoying facebook friend :)
Enjoy!

What a yummy looking dinner! We don't eat a lot of beef, mostly because I don't always know what to do with it. There are only so many pot roasts you can have. This is a great dinner idea, especially since it can be done in the Crock-Pot!
