I am a Corona girl, so this recipe caught y eye immediately! I have never cooked with beer before, so I was interested in this recipe in particular. I love salsa verde, so combine that with the ease of a crock pot and the intrigue of the beer and I am all in!

Crock pot tacos? What a great idea. We love tacos at our place... I never thought to use the crock pot! These look really delicious! Never thought to use Corona or anything in it either! I will have to try these out for a date night with my hubby! He would love them.

This sounds pretty good! I can't have coronas because I eat gluten free but I'm sure this is good! I'd say I could use gluten free beer but most of those are apple flavored so I'm not sure how that would taste in this haha

This just sounds like all kinds of delicious. I love Coronoa, though I haven't had one since my pre-pregnancy, but as soon as I get the chance, I'm buying a six pack- to drink and make this. Glad to hear that you're feeling better!

My Dad has used beer to make a grilled beer chicken before and Guinness Stout for pot roast type of things, but I have not cooked with beer yet. I've done wine plenty of times, but not beer. Coronas are one of my favorites, actually.

I love this recipe (especially the second part of step 2)! Salsa verde is among my favorite things and Corona is my favorite beer. I also love crockpot meals, so I don't think you could have matched my preferences any better! Thanks so sharing!
