One of the best parts about Christmas?!!! COOKIES!!!! I’ve never really been someone to bake Christmas cookies because up until the last few years, we always had family members who baked away! We would end up with so many cookies that it was pointless for me to hit the kitchen!
Unfortunately all of the Cookie gurus we personally know, baking is no more. So hubby and I have taken upon ourselves to be the Cookie extraordinaries! One of our favorite cookies? Cake mix cookies!!! So easy to make and they literally taste like cutouts!!!! Enjoy!!!
• 15oz Box Yellow Cake Mix
• 2 Eggs
• 1/2 Cup Melted Butter
• 1TSP Vanilla
Pour cake mix into a large mixing bowl. Pour in Vanilla and melted butter. Crack two eggs. Mix well.
Roll the dough into tablespoon sized balls. Roll the balls of dough around in the sprinkles to coat.
Place on non-stick baking sheet or lay out a piece of parchment paper and place on top of that. Bake for 10 minutes or until cookies are set and lightly browned at 350 degrees.
Serve & enjoy!!!
