Mexican food is an all time favorite of mine! For years and years I just couldn't not figure out how to make Queso at home! Everytime I would try a fancy, buy 50 of your favorite types of cheese recipe, it would always end up being a fail since the cheese would just lump together once off the stove -_-
Afew years back I saw that velvetta made a Queso cheese, so I bought it thinking why not give it a try and omg! It worked!!! Being a person that tries not to eat foods with amillion wierd things on the lable, I should probably be scared of this cheese because whatever it is in it, the cheese STAYS MELTED!!! And it is beyond delicious. I feel so guilty admitting how good this is, but it really really is beyond delicious!
