So this past weekend we traveled to San Antonio & had our families annual Holiday Party! The theme was Italian this year & when I first heard I was to bring an Anti Pasto salad?!?! Ughhh... I was not very excited since that has seriously gotta be the most boring thing to make Italian wise -_- so I searched the internet & I stumbled across a anti pasto platter! I was suddenly sorta excited to make my dish.

The day of the party came and I made my own version of a platter & omggggg! Not only did it come out tasting amazing it looked amazing too! And it's always a complement when you bring a dish & people are photographing your hard work and you're seeing it on Facebook & Instagram! I would so make this again since it was such a people pleaser. So glad I was sorta forced to find such a recipe :):) ❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️💚❤️
