Am I the only one after battling a cold or sickness decides that the new, non-sick me is going to be a healthy me?!? On Friday I woke up to what felt like the beginning of strep throat! This mama wasn’t messing around with that nonsense, so a trip to urgent care for some antibiotics and by Sunday morning I was feeling like me again.
Now that I’m no longer on my death bed, yes, I'm that dramatic when I'm under the weather, lol. I’ve decided to go on a total health kick so I never get sick again. I’m sure this will only last a day or so until I start craving something not so healthy, but hey! In the mean time you will spot me snacking on these beyond delicious 4 INGREDIENT NO BAKE ENERGY BITES!
• 2/3 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 cup old fashioned oats
• 2 tablespoons honey
Mix all 4 ingredients (oats, peanut butter, honey, and chocolate chips) in a medium-sized bowl.
Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
When ready to make the bites, roll mixture into 1-inch balls
Place into an airtight container and keep in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
