Ahhhh these are definitely some interesting times my friends!!!! While I don’t mind the whole not leaving the house thing. I do miss going to the grocery store whenever I please and grabbing any ingredient I may need that day.
Since life takes a tad bit more planning out these days when it comes to chef’ing up delicious creations, I thought it would be the perfect time to share a 3 ingredient shortbread cookies recipe.
While these cookies are on the super basic, plain side, they dude kick that sugar craving that’s for sure! I literally devoured these the other night. So yum if you’re a shortbread/ sugar cookie kinda gal!
• 1 Stick Butter (Room Temperature)
• 1 Cup Flour
• 1/4 Cup Powered Sugar
Pre-heat oven time 350 degrees. Place flour, sugar & butter into a large mixing bowl. Mix well.
Roll out dough & cut out cookies. Place on a nonstick baking sheet or parchment paper lined baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cookies are golden.
Remove from oven and place on a wire cooling rack.
