Thought I would share some tour reviews & afew pics from my most recent trip from November of Los Cabo or what most ppl in the states refer to Cabo San Lucas ❤️ Def one of my fav destinations if your looking for a quick & fab getaway that's not 5678 hours away :) Between a dinner cruise around Lovers Rock, ATV rides, horseback riding, rifle shooting and swimming with the dolphins... Not a single moment of boredom ;-)
SUNSET DINNER CRUISE This tour we booked from www.visitor.com so if u search the internet u might b able to find a better price.... I was kinda lazy & didn't search for a deal lol...We paid $58.99 and I personally think it was worth every penny! Unfortunately for this tour u will need to take a cab urself to the marina, but this also gives u the opportunity to b right downtown for some exploring after the cruise :) The cruise is In a 3 story catamaran & u get to sail around the world famous arch. They play fun music, u get an open bar of tasty cocktails like Mai tais, margaritas & Mexican beer (they have a full pay bar also). It also includes a great snack bar of chips, guacamole and salsas of the region & for din din u get to enjoy the chicken/steak/veggie fajita buffet. Then after dinner the Staff will still be serving up some more drinkies from the open bar & u can participate in games, get ur groove on and dance with the dorky MC under the stars of Baja. If you're into dorky fun then this it the cruise for u! They also have a photographer on board that will b taking pics threw out the cruise and u can purchase ALL the pics they take of u for $25 at the end. They will also take pics for u with ur own camera! Very friendly staff, fun tour and recommend this to everyone :):)
RANCHO AMIGOS This tour gets two thumbs up!!! Not only was it the cheapest combo you can find for horseback riding & atv, but it was just straight out AWESOME! I was very skeptical when I saw the price for a two hr tour for only $67 a person but going cheap wasn't even an issue! They picked us up from our hotel & took us to a Oceanside ranch like 20 min away. The staff not only nice & accommodating but hilarious! Not a single dull moment! Started out doing an hr beach horseback ride. Rode back up to the ranch & hopped on atvs & spent an hr riding beachside & is the desert! So much fun! And the staff will stop and take as many pics as u want! Loved loved loved this tour & I recommend this to anyone going to cabo! We booked threw www.mycaboexperience.com but I'm sure you can find other places to book this :) Rancho Amigos is the name of the tour company :):)
Dolphin Encounter Blahhhh and time for a not so fab review :-/ I have swam with dolphins in the Bahamas & in Cancun & this one in Cabo....ugh.... The worst out of the 3! Hard to believe the same company owns them! To start out, when u book the tour it states free transportation all over the place. But if u read the extremely small print, which we didn't do until after booking.... If u book an afternoon tour u have to pay $10 per person for transportation & book transportation atleast 24 hrs before tour. Which ok, not that big of a deal, but if ur going to b pulling shit like that don't hide it in small print. I would of been super pissed if I didn't figure this out ahead of time & had been waiting for a ride day of tour only for knowone to show up. & once u get there you are NOT aloud to take ur own pics! They have a photographer that takes pics of u but they charge fucking $35 PER pic!!!! That's right like fuck!!! So my hubby & I got one pic each -_- but r still bitching to this day that we paid that much for a piece of paper -_- in both cancun & Bahamas they let u take at least a few pics on ur own camera. Then if u r there to only watch someone or ur children r doing the swimming, u cannot go to the pools with! They keep u super far, where u cannot really even see whoever it is doing the actual swimming! Everyplace else the waiting area isn't that far from the pools and depending the age of the children, they even let u accompany them to the pool..... So basically on top of the $149 a person for the swim & ride, we paid an additional $10 per person for transportation & then $35 per pic.... Not exactly the cheapest hr of my life..... Staff wise..... Not the friendliest but not the rudest either.... Nothing stuck out which I guess isn't good or bad lol.... Would I do this again?!? Not in cabo! If u r a world traveler do this tour someplace else. If u have done this tour in other places, u will b very disappointed by Cabo so don't do it. If u have never done this and this is ur only chance, then do it....Dolphin wise it's the exact same experience in all the places so u will still b getting the same experience in that aspect :)
RUTH CHRIS LOS CABO Never had a bad experience at any Ruth Chris & as usual loved it :) Just a heads up the menu is alittle bit more pricy than the states but if ur going to such a place u r already expecting to pay out the ass for ur meal so it's no big deal.... We asked for a table marina side when we booked the reservation & we got exactly what we asked for, so they r very accommodating :):) & bottled Fiji & Pierre water at no charge so u don't have to worry about yucky Mexican non-filtered water :):) Go if u get the chance! The views r breathtaking & the food is delicious ❤️
RIU PALACE I love the palace! First, they don't make u pay a room deposit, swim up pool bars, its all inclusive, And the alcohol is all name brand good shit that u would normally drink! I've stayed at all inclusives in the Dominican, ect & the alcohol was always blah cauz I didn't know what half the shit even was.... And the food was fantastic too... We really only ate breakfast and lunch & late night snacks at the resort but the breakfast buffet is to die for & lunch, well it's not bad. Reminded me of cruise buffet food.....The one night we did eat dinner at the resort we ate at the 5 star restaurant Crystals & omg amazingness! Only downside to Crystals is that they only take reservations the day of & they start reservations at 7am. Basically if ur not down there at 7am to book, ur not eating there. I set my alarm for 7, stumbled down & half the resort was down there trying to make the same res -_- def worth it though :) so if ur going to cabo I would recommend the Palace. They even let u shoot riffles hehe ;-)
