Yes my friends, ANOTHER potato recipe! It's safe to say potatoes claim a spot on the favorite foods list! My favorite side dish that's for sure!!!!
This week I have a potato recipe I created last year around this time. French Onion soup packets & Fried Onions are always on sale around Turkey Day, so I decided to take the two of them and add them to potatoes. Best decision ever because these potatos sure are delicious! So flavorful!!! So yummy!!!
1 Onion Soup Packet
1/2 Cup Fried Onions
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Slice up your potatoes. The smaller you slice them, the faster they cook, so keep that in mind when slicing.
Put the sliced potatoes into a freezer bag, add the onion soup packet and 1/4 cup of olive oil and mix well.
Spread your potatoes onto a baking pan
Cook for about 45 minutes of 400 degrees. If your sliced your pototoes really small, they will most likely cook faster, so keep a look out so they don't burn.
Take your potatoes out of the oven.
Take your fried onions and sprinkle them ontop of the potatoes.
